Strengths Finder

Identify and understand your strengths, both inside and outside the workplace.
StrengthsFinder is a personal development tool developed by Gallup Education that provides an individual with their “Top 5” strengths. The assessment is based on 34 different strength themes divided into four domains of Strategic Thinking, Relationship Building, Influencing, and Executing.

Participants will Learn:

Their individual Top 5 strengths and what they mean, why an individual’s strengths make them unique. According to Gallup’s website, “people who use their strengths every day are three times more likely to report having an excellent quality of life, six times more likely to be engaged at work, 8 percent more productive, and 15 percent less likely to quit their jobs.” Knowing your strengths can help you perform better individually and as part of a team.

Whether you're looking to improve yourself or if you're a leader wanting to empower your people to perform better, your efforts start with StrengthsFinder.

Enhanced Company Engagement: Learn how to be a more effective, engaged manager with a more productive team

Employee Engagement

Here’s something they don’t teach in business school: As a manager, YOU have the greatest influence on your organization’s growth.

Workgroups with high levels of engagement experience

18% more productive than those in the bottom quartile

23% more profitable than those in the bottom quartile

With an engagement-focused manager in place, a team prospers: people love their jobs, they are productive, customers are engaged and the organization grows.

Successful managers increase productivity and success by leading with a focus on employee engagement. They consistently create an engaging environment that energizes and motivates employees and teams.

For Q12: Gallup does not certify any external consultants to interpret Q12 results. As such, the non-Gallup information you are receiving has not been approved and is not sanctioned or endorsed by Gallup in any way.
